Refurbished Products

Many of the products you find within our collections will be refurbished. But don’t let that change your mind. We can assure you that our refurbished products work just like they are new, while being at a discounted price. In most cases, the only difference you will be able to tell is the cosmetic condition. And this is something you can easily check beforehand too.

Grading

By looking at the product grade at the top of any product description, you will get a good idea of the product’s condition. The grade will be any one of the following:

• New - Brand new sealed with full manufacture warranty.
• Open Box - Seal has been broken on the packaging but the item is in new condition.
• Refurbished Pristine – The product has very minor if any signs of use
• Refurbished Excellent – The product has few marks and signs of use
• Refurbished Good – The product has moderate marks and signs of use
