The VivoMove HR has a touchscreen watch face with precision hands to indicate the time and a discreet display to show your messages, heart rate, stress level and fitness achievements. When you swipe the screen to go through your notifications, then the hands will disappear to help you focus on the stats. When you’re done, then they’ll reappear.
You’ll be able to check your HR throughout the day, allowing you to gauge your fitness level. This way it can more accurately track the calories you’ve burned and the intensity level of your workout.
The VivoMove HR will let you know if you’re having a calm, balanced or stressed day. This will help you to determine when you need to take a break to lower your stress level. During these stress peaks you can use the installed relaxation timer to completing some deep breathing exercises.
