Allowing you to focus on your music is digital Noise Cancelling with dual noise sensor technology. Incased in each ear piece housing are two microphones which work together to detect ambient noise offset by opposing frequencies. These deliver clear audio without interruption from the outside world.

Can I leave my order with a Neighbour or Safe place?

Orders can be left with a neighbour, although this is only possible prior to dispatch. Unfortunately due to the nature of our goods stock cannot be left in a safe place. If you have any specific delivery requirements please contact us


When can I expect my order to arrive?

If you place your order before 2pm on a normal working day, you can expect delivery the next working day. If you order after 2pm on a Friday or over the weekend, your order will be shipped out on the next working day (Which in most cases is Tuesday). If any issues arise whereby your order might be delayed, we will contact you to let you know when your order will be shipped and when you can expect it.


Can I change my delivery address after I placed my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot currently change your delivery address. Please make sure that when placing the order you have selected the correct delivery address for your item(s)

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
