With a dedicated HD Noise Cancelling Processor QN1, noise cancelling power is enhanced. It lets you fully immerse yourself in your music, without the distraction of external ambient noise. It adapts to your own personal preference and responds to what you're doing. Smart Listening with Adaptive Sound Control detects your activity such as travelling, walking or waiting, and adjusts ambient sound settings accordingly (Sony Headphones Connect App download required). With Personal NC Optimizer, characteristics like head size, glasses and hair are analysed for optimal sound delivery. If you order after 2pm on a Friday or over the weekend, your order will be shipped out on the next working day (Which in most cases is Tuesday). If any issues arise whereby your order might be delayed, we will contact you to let you know when your order will be shipped and when you can expect it.


Can I change my delivery address after I placed my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot currently change your delivery address. Please make sure that when placing the order you have selected the correct delivery address for your item(s)

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
