Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch all orders the same working day, providing your order has been received before 2pm. As soon as your order is placed with ourselves, you will receive up to date notifications on when your order will be picked, dispatched and delivered.

We process orders Monday to Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays). Our cut off is 2PM Daily for same day dispatch (Working Day)

Saturday Delivery This is a premium service and not a service set as standard. If you require delivery on a Saturday s please select this option at the Checkout

Deliveries can take place from 8am till 6pm, Monday to Friday. Next Day delivery excludes weekends and bank Holidays

Deliveries to Nothern Ireland and other offshore locations will be dispatched on a 2-5 working day delivery service. Note that eBay may still show this as a Next Day delivery service but unfortunately this is not the case

Please inspect your item(s) upon delivery and refuse any damaged goods. If you are unable to check, please sign for your goods as unchecked and contact us with any issues found at this stage.

Orders can be left with a neighbour, although this is only possible prior to dispatch. Unfortunately due to the nature of our goods stock cannot be left in a safe place. If you have any specific delivery requirements please contact us

When can I expect my order to arrive?

If you place your order before 2pm on a normal working day, you can expect delivery the next working day. If you order after 2pm on a Friday or over the weekend, your order will be shipped out on the next working day (Which in most cases is Tuesday). If any issues arise whereby your order might be delayed, we will contact you to let you know when your order will be shipped and when you can expect it.

Can I change my delivery address after I placed my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot currently change your delivery address. Please make sure that when placing the order you have selected the correct delivery address for your item(s)
