We aim to dispatch all paid delivery orders the same working day (Monday - Friday), providing your order has been received before 3pm.
Your order will be delivered dependant on the delivery method you have chosen.
Unfortunately this is not possible, orders are only possible online through our website.
We accept most Credit and Debit card payment methods. Additionally we offer PayPal and Klarna.
If your payment has failed you will have the oppurtunity to retry your payment method, or use another option.
Payment will be taken immediately once your order has been placed.
As soon as your order has been picked and packed, you will receive an email with confirmation of shipment with the courier information which includes the tracking number,
We are very sorry but we cannot change the delivery address once an order has been confirmed in the system.
Unfortunately we do not offer collection from our Cannock facility at this current time.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. Our preferred partners include Royal Mail and DPD.
This process can take up to 5 working days from receipt of the item returned. We will however do our upmost best to exceed this.
Once your return has been received and confirmation has been sent to you, please allow up to 5 working days.
