Ordering

When will my order be delivered?

We aim to dispatch all paid delivery orders the same working day (Monday - Friday), providing your order has been received before 4pm.

Your order will be delivered dependant on the delivery method you have chosen.

How do I cancel or amend my order?

If you change your mind and wish to cancel or amend your order, please ensure to contact us to cancel or amend your order

Can i place my order over the phone?

Unfortunately this is not possible, orders are only possible online through our website.

What is the cut off for Next Day Delivery?

The cut off is 4PM, please ensure you select the Next Day Delivery option at the checkout, for more information please click here.

My Promotional code is not working?

This could be because it has now expired, all codes have an expiry on them as per the promotional terms and conditions. Please feel free to reach out if you need assistance.

Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept most Credit and Debit card payment methods. Additionally we offer PayPal, Clearpay and Klarna.

My payment has failed, what happens next?

If your payment has failed you will have the opportunity to retry your payment method, or use another option.

When is payment taken?

Payment will be taken immediately once your order has been placed.

Delivery

When do I receive a tracking number?

As soon as your order has been picked and packed, you will receive an email with confirmation of shipment with the courier information which includes the tracking number.

Can I change my delivery address?

We are very sorry but we cannot change the delivery address once an order has been confirmed in the system.

Can I collect my order?

Unfortunately we do not offer collection from our Cannock facility at this current time.

Who will deliver my order?

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. Our preferred partners include Royal Mail and DPD.

Returns

How do I return my order?

My item has arrived damaged, what can I do?

If your item does arrive damaged please ensure you report this with 3 working days. To contact us please click here.

How long does the return process take?

This process can take up to 5 working days from receipt of the item returned. We will however do our upmost best to exceed this.

How long will it take for the refund to be in my account?

Once your return has been received and confirmation has been sent to you, please allow up to 5 working days.
