When you buy from Stock Must Go, your product comes with a 12-month warranty and our 30-day money-back guarantee. Here's what you need to know:

Basic Warranty Information

When does your warranty begin?

Your warranty starts from the day you receive your item and lasts for 12 months. Batteries have a shorter 3-month warranty due to their consumable nature.

What's Covered?

Our warranty protects you against manufacturing faults and defects, including:

  • Hardware faults
  • Component failures
  • Performance issues
  • Material defects that affect how your device works

What's Not Covered?

We can't cover damage caused by accidents, water, misuse, or normal wear and tear. The warranty becomes void if:

  • You've tried to repair the device yourself
  • Had repairs done by anyone except us
  • Installed unauthorised software
  • Jailbroken your device
  • Removed serial numbers or IMEI numbers

Returns and Refunds

Getting Help With a Faulty Product

If something goes wrong with your product:

  1. Email us at info@stockmustgo.co.uk
  2. If needed, we'll give you return instructions
  3. We'll repair, replace, or refund your item
  4. If you're outside of the initial 30-day returns period, we'll replace your item or give you a refund if a replacement or alternative is not available.

Returns Postage Explained

If your item is faulty within the first 30 days, we'll pay to get it back to us. For change-of-mind returns, you'll need to cover the return postage. When we send a repaired or replacement item back to you, we always cover that postage cost.

About Repairs and Replacements

When we repair or replace your device:

  • We might need to install system updates
  • You'll need to reinstall your apps and personal data
  • The remaining warranty transfers to replacement items
  • If less than 3 months warranty remains, we'll extend it to 3 months

Additional Information

The warranty doesn't cover accessories like chargers or headphones. For software issues, you'll need to contact the software developer. Even if a device is rated as water-resistant (IP67), water damage isn't covered under our warranty.
