How does Flow work?
When a brain area in the front of the brain called the DLPFC is unbalanced, it can lead to lower mood and other problems, such as appetite changes and sleep disturbance. The technique used in the Flow headset, transcranial Direct Current Stimulation (tDCS), increases brain activity in the DLPFC and improves your mood.
