What is a MateBook laptop?
So what makes this laptop stand out? Let's begin with the design. It's a sleek laptop with a foldable design; it features an 18" OLED display with 32GB RAM and 2TB of storage. Sounds interesting, but not special right? Well, the MateBook Fold has no keyboard, there's a digital keyboard in the laptop so when the computer folds at the standard 90-degree laptop angle, both surfaces are screens whereas typically, the bottom surface would be a physical keyboard, and the top surface would be the only screen. Essentially, it's a massive 18" tablet that can be turned into a laptop and doesn't open fully. The Huawei MateBook Fold can also be used with its detachable physical keyboard which makes the screen even bigger, the physical keyboard is the standard qwerty design with a touchpad.

Huawei has already been sparking interest regarding this new laptop. Firstly, it's super-thin size considering the device folds. When the laptop is unfolded, it's an impressive 7.3mm and when folded, it manages 14.9mm. When unfolded, the laptop is the same thinness as a smartphone!
