  • Core i7: Powerful for demanding tasks and gaming.
  • Core i9: Top-tier, for enthusiasts and professionals.

• Model Numbers: Higher numbers within the same generation usually mean better performance (e.g., an i5-13600K is faster than an i5-13400.)

• Clock Speed (GHz): How fast the processor can run. Higher is generally better, but not the only performance indicator.

• Cores: Like multiple tiny processors within a processor. More cores mean better multitasking (handling several things at once).

• Your Needs: Think about what you'll use the computer for:

  • Basic tasks: An older or lower-end Intel processor is fine.
  • Gaming/Demanding Work: Aim for a newer generation i5 or i7
