Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch all paid delivery orders the same working day (Monday - Friday), providing your order has been received before 3pm. As soon as your order is placed with ourselves, you will receive up to date notifications on when your order will be picked, dispatched and delivered. If you have selected FREE delivery, we aim to ship your order within 48 hours. (Monday - Friday)

We process orders Monday to Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays). Orders placed on a non working day will be dispatched the next available working day.

Deliveries can take place from 8am till 6pm, Monday to Friday. Next Day delivery excludes weekends and bank Holidays

Warranty Information

All items are covered by our 12 Month warranty (unless stated otherwise). The 12 Month Warranty period begins from the date of delivery. If during this period, your item develops a fault, please get in touch with us straight away.

Technology from Panasonic Hollywood Laboratory, the base for Blu-ray Disc Research & Development, are applied to our unique '4K High-Precision Chroma Processor'. 4K image colour signals (4:2:0) are interpolated into 4K (4:4:4) by a multi-tap chroma process, for natural textures and depth.

4K Direct Chroma Upscaling.

This model offers unique 4K Direct Chroma Upscaling technology. By upconverting Full-HD chrominance and luminance signals directly into 4K signals, this technology achieves higher-precision image processing. It all translates into 4K images with natural textures and incredible depth.

The UB400 can access 4K content from services like Netflix (subscription required). Our 4K High-Precision Chroma Processor means that you'll be assured of crisp, beautiful images.
