What Apple products will be released in 2024?
2023 has been a great success for Apple, with plenty of new devices being released. Of course, the iconic Apple iPhone release launched annually in September, though having no specific changes to the tech it was still widely popular. Three new Macs were released and most importantly, the announcement of the Apple Vision Pro, which is set to release early 2024.
In this blog, we take a look at what is predicted to release in 2024, we will compare the tech and see what year is rumoured to be most successful. Bear in mind all information in this blog is opinions and rumours. Most of the information hasn’t been confirmed and will be later announced with the WWDC which will happen sometime in 2024. Apple OLED iPad Pro
Is the new iPad coming out 2024?
Considering there has been no Apple iPad Pro or iPad mini news in the last two years, since September 2022, fans are anticipating a new release that has been mentioned by Apple previously. Rumoured that the 11” and Apple iPad Pro 12.9 5th generation models will move to an OLED display from LED screens, it is believed the iPad Pro with have more accurate colours, sharpness, and faster refresh rates. With the release of the new M3 chipsets also, most fans are assuming these new iPads will be using the new chip, again making its processing much faster.

Apple iPad Air 12.9”
Much like the iPad Pro, there hasn’t been a new iPad Air release for the past 2 years, since March 2022 to be precise. Considering there has been talk about an iPad Pro, fans are assuming talks about a new iPad Air have also been made, with the addition of the M3 chip (which is scheduled for mass production in early 2024) possibly being added into the new iPad. The iPad Air is guessed by fans to have a better display performance with the same oxide backplane and an LCD screen.

Apple Vision Pro Headset
Is Apple Vision Pro still available?
Announced back in June 2023, fans are already awaiting the release of Apple first-ever headset, the Apple Vision Pro. This mixed reality device which consists of a wearable computer with 3D apps displayed in your surroundings, has been described as bringing VR and the tech you hold in your hand to life. The Apple Vision pro pre-order date is rumoured to be around May 2024, however, is confirmed to be in stores for the 2024 year.

Apple iPhone 16
Will there be an iPhone 16 in 2024?
It is almost expected now that a new iPhone will be launched every September by Apple. And 2024 is no exception. After the success of the iPhone 15 in September 2023, there have already been possible rumours as to what the Apple iPhone 16 will hold. Expected to launch in September 2024, the iPhone 16 is said to be larger, with a faster A Chip and a periscope zoom lens. Although the specs and features of the iPhone 16 are still up in the air, the release date being September 2024 is almost indefinite.

Apple Watch Series 10
Like the iPhone, the Apple Watch is released annually, every September, usually alongside the infamous iPhone. Much similar to the iPhone, it is unlikely that the Apple Watch series 10 will have significant changes, but internal updates will be made instead. There are talks of a possible micro-LED display coming to the Apple Watch Series, however, this won’t be made available until later models in a few years. This news is no surprise to Apple fans, who have expressed their slight disappointment over no real changes happening to the Apple Watch in the last couple of years.

Could we finally see the return of the Apple headphones? Lots of rumours suggest we will be seeing the possible return of the apple AirPod max, which was released in 2020 and haven’t seen an update since. Lots of fans have been talking about what we could expect from the Apple AirPods Max 2 Headset, which could be cheaper in price and improvements to the speakers and overall sound quality. If we see the release of Apple AirPods Max 2 Headsets in 2024, this will be very exciting for followers of Apple considering there has been no movement in this aspect for 3 years.

M3 Mac Mini
Earlier in 2023, 2 new Mac Mini models were announced. With the current products being switched over to these new chips, it safe to say this will likely be the outcome for these mac mini m3 models also.
Apple TV
Is Apple TV worth it? The update that a lot of us want is Apple bringing out a possible new TV or a significant update to the Apple tvs. Since there has been no action in the Apple TV section for a while, could a possible return be in sight? A faster chip could be in the works to make the Apple TV’s even better. Is this something we will see come early 2024? We will have to wait and see.
